Casserole:

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook sausage, add butter and flour, then whisk in milk to make gravy.
- Whisk eggs with milk.
- Layer half biscuits, sausage gravy, eggs, cheese, and remaining biscuits.
- Bake 30–35 minutes until golden.
- Cool slightly before serving.
Notes
