Ingredients

1 cup diced onion

16 oz potato gnocchi

Instructions

Brown sausage in a pot; drain excess fat.

Add butter, onions, carrots, celery, and garlic; sauté 5 minutes.

Notes
Substitute kale for spinach or turkey sausage for a lighter option.
