8 oz cream cheese

1 can Rotel, drained

1.5 cups shredded cheddar

1.25 cups baking mix

Salt and pepper

Garlic powder

Onion powder
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375.

Mix sausage, cream cheese, Rotel and cheddar.

Add baking mix and seasonings.

Roll into small balls.

Bake until golden and cooked through.

Cool slightly and serve.
Notes
Drain Rotel well. Add cheese for extra moisture.
