2 to 3 tablespoons olive oil

1 pinch pepper

1 cup honey

1 to 2 teaspoons red pepper flakes

1 tablespoon chopped herbs

2 to 3 tablespoons chopped nuts
Instructions

Whip ricotta until smooth and airy.

Add olive oil, salt and pepper.

Warm honey with chili flakes.

Transfer ricotta to bowl and swirl top.

Drizzle with hot honey.
