Ingredients

2 cups granulated sugar

1 cup light corn syrup

1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk

1 1/2 cups chopped walnuts

2 cups chocolate chips or melting chocolate

Sea salt for topping
Instructions

Line baking sheet with parchment.

Melt butter; add sugar, corn syrup, and condensed milk.

Cook to 238–242°F, stirring constantly.

Remove from heat; stir in walnuts.

Scoop onto parchment and freeze 30 minutes.

Melt chocolate and dip clusters.

Add sea salt; chill to set.
Notes
Use heavy-bottomed pot to prevent burning.
