Ingredients

3 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced

1 quarter cup fresh basil, chopped

Zest and juice of 1 lemon

Half cup Greek yogurt or light mayo

Instructions

Place chicken in a large bowl.

Add basil, celery, and green onion.

Whisk yogurt, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, and pepper.
