16 fl oz hot water (203°F / 95°C)
Instructions

Preheat teapot by rinsing with hot water.

Add hojicha leaves to the teapot.

Pour hot water over leaves.

Cover and steep for 30 seconds.

Pour tea into cups evenly, alternating between each.

Tap out remaining tea and serve.
