2 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons honey

Salt and pepper to taste

Half cup crumbled feta

2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
Instructions

Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.

Toss carrots with olive oil, honey, salt, and pepper.

Roast for 25 to 30 minutes, flipping once.
