Ingredients

1½ cups whole-wheat flour

2 tsp pumpkin pie spice

1 cup pumpkin puree

2 eggs

½ cup Greek yogurt

⅓ cup maple syrup

¼ cup coconut oil

1 tsp vanilla
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

Mix dry ingredients in one bowl.

Mix wet ingredients in another.

Combine; stir gently.
