Ingredients
1 pound ground beef

1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon ground ginger
Salt and pepper to taste
Butter lettuce or romaine leaves
Sesame seeds for topping
Instructions
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
Stir in bell pepper, carrots, and green onions. Cook 2 to 3 minutes.
Add soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, ginger, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
Simmer 3 to 5 minutes until vegetables soften and flavors blend.
Spoon the beef mixture into lettuce leaves.
Add sesame seeds and extra green onions if desired.
Serve immediately.
