Ingredients
4 cups cooked green beans (fresh, frozen, or canned)
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
¾ cup milk
1 tsp soy sauce or Worcestershire sauce
¼ tsp black pepper
1 ½ cups crispy fried onions (divided)
Optional: ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
In a large bowl, combine soup, milk, soy sauce, and pepper.
Stir in green beans and half of the fried onions.
Spread mixture evenly in the dish and bake uncovered for 25 minutes.
Sprinkle remaining onions on top and bake for 5–10 more minutes until golden.
Cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Substitute cream of chicken or celery soup for a no-mushroom version.
Add cheese for extra richness.
