Ingredients

  • 4 cups cooked green beans (fresh, frozen, or canned)

  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup

  • ¾ cup milk

  • 1 tsp soy sauce or Worcestershire sauce

  • ¼ tsp black pepper

  • 1 ½ cups crispy fried onions (divided)

  • Optional: ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

  • In a large bowl, combine soup, milk, soy sauce, and pepper.

  • Stir in green beans and half of the fried onions.

  • Spread mixture evenly in the dish and bake uncovered for 25 minutes.

  • Sprinkle remaining onions on top and bake for 5–10 more minutes until golden.

  • Cool slightly before serving.
