6 apples, sliced

2 tbsp lemon juice

¼ cup maple syrup

1 ½ tsp cinnamon

1 tbsp cornstarch

1 cup GF oats

¾ cup almond flour

½ cup brown sugar

½ cup butter or coconut oil

Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9×9 dish.
- Toss apples with lemon juice, spices, vanilla, and cornstarch.
- Mix oats, almond flour, sugar, and salt. Cut in butter until crumbly.
- Spread apples in dish, top with oat mixture.
- Bake 40–45 minutes until golden. Serve warm.
Notes
Use GF oats and dairy-free butter if needed.
Store leftovers for up to 4 days.
Add nuts or caramel for extra texture.
Great served with vanilla ice cream.
