Description

A creamy, tangy cheese ball coated in pecans, cranberries, and herbs. Perfect for parties, holidays, and easy entertaining.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz goat cheese

  • 8 oz cream cheese

  • 1 cup chopped dried cranberries

  • 1 cup chopped pecans

  • 2 tablespoons honey

  • 1 tablespoon fresh chopped herbs

  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  • Mix goat cheese and cream cheese until smooth.

  • Add cranberries, pecans, honey and herbs.

  • Season with salt and pepper.

  • Shape into a ball using plastic wrap.

  • Chill for 1 hour.

  • Roll in coating mixture.

  • Serve with crackers or bread.
