Description

A vibrant, sweet-spicy cranberry salsa layered over smooth cream cheese. The perfect holiday appetizer for parties and gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 12 oz fresh cranberries

  • 12 jalapenos, finely diced

  • 3 green onions, sliced

  • 1/2 cup sugar

  • 1 tbsp lime juice

  • Pinch of salt

  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened


Instructions

  1. Chop cranberries in a food processor until finely minced.

  2. Combine with jalapenos and green onions.

  3. Add sugar, lime juice, and salt; mix well.

  4. Refrigerate 1 hour to allow flavors to meld.

  5. Spread cream cheese on a serving dish.

  6. Spoon cranberry mixture over cream cheese.

  7. Serve with crackers or bread.

Notes

Remove jalapeno seeds for less heat.
