Description

Light, fluffy Cool Whip centers coated in rich melted chocolate for the easiest and most delicious homemade Christmas candy.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz Cool Whip (or CocoWhip), thawed

  • 2 cups chocolate chips or melting chocolate

  • 1 tsp extract (optional)

  • Sprinkles or drizzles (optional for decorating)


Instructions

  • Spread Cool Whip into a parchment-lined pan. Freeze 3 hours.

  • Cut into squares and freeze again for 30 minutes.

  • Melt chocolate until smooth.

  • Dip frozen squares into chocolate.

  • Add sprinkles or drizzle decorations.

  • Chill until firm and serve cold.
