2 cups cooked chicken, cubed or shredded

Instructions

In a large pot, melt butter and sauté onion, carrots, and celery for 5 minutes. Add garlic and cook 1 more minute.

Stir in flour and whisk in chicken broth gradually. Add potatoes and thyme. Simmer 15 minutes.

Add chicken, peas, and corn. Stir in milk or cream and simmer 10 minutes.
