Description

Ingredients

• 3 potatoes
• 2 sweet potatoes
• 2 parsnips
• 1 rutabaga or beet (optional)
• 2 cups heavy cream
• 2 cups grated Gruyere or cheddar
• 3 garlic cloves
• 1 tablespoon thyme
• Butter, salt, pepper


Instructions

  • Slice vegetables thinly.
