Description

This bariatric seed trick mix is a high-fiber, nutrient-dense blend designed to support gut health, boost fullness, and naturally reduce cravings. Perfect for a quick morning drink that fits into any weight loss or bariatric-friendly routine.


Ingredients

  • ½ cup raw pumpkin seeds

  • ¼ cup chia seeds

  • ¼ cup ground flaxseed

  • 2 tsp lemon zest

  • 1 tsp Ceylon cinnamon

  • Pinch of sea salt


Instructions

  • Toast the pumpkin seeds in a dry skillet over medium heat for 4–5 minutes until they pop.

  • Transfer to a bowl and allow to cool for 2 minutes.

  • Add chia seeds, ground flaxseed, lemon zest, cinnamon, and salt.

  • Grind all ingredients together into a fine powder.

  • Store the mix in an airtight container for up to 3 weeks.

 

  • To use: Stir 1 tbsp of the mix into 1 cup warm water with lemon juice. Let it sit for 3 minutes, then drink.
