Description

Tender baked chicken meatballs flavored with fresh sage, perfect for easy spring dinners and family meals.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground chicken

  • 1 cup breadcrumbs

  • 1 egg

  • 2 tablespoons fresh sage chopped

  • 2 cloves garlic minced

  • 1 quarter cup grated Parmesan

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees and line a baking sheet.

  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl until just mixed.

  • Roll into meatballs and place on baking sheet.

  • Bake for 18 to 22 minutes until cooked through.
