Ingredients
1 (8 oz) wheel of brie cheese
3 tbsp fig jam
¼ cup pecans, toasted and roughly chopped
1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
Fresh rosemary for garnish
Crackers or baguette slices for serving
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Place brie in a small baking dish.
Spread fig jam evenly over the top of the brie.
Add pecans and drizzle lightly with honey if desired.
Bake for 10–12 minutes until soft and melty.
