Description

A crisp, creamy, and festive winter coleslaw made with cabbage, apples, cranberries, carrots, and a tangy homemade dressing. Perfect for holiday dinners and potlucks.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 cups shredded cabbage or coleslaw mix

  • 2 medium apples, sliced thin

  • 1 cup shredded carrots

  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries

  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds

  • 2 green onions, sliced

Dressing:

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

  • 1 tbsp honey

  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard

  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions
