Description

A rich, cheesy bake that layers leftover turkey, mashed potatoes, stuffing, and gravy into a comforting lasagna-style casserole.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups cooked turkey, shredded

  • 2 cups leftover stuffing

  • 2 cups mashed potatoes

  • 1 cup gravy

  • ½ cup cranberry sauce (optional)

  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese

  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Spread stuffing on the bottom, then layer turkey, gravy, and mashed potatoes.
  3. Add small spoonfuls of cranberry sauce if using.
  4. Top with shredded cheese.
  5. Cover with foil and bake 25 minutes. Uncover and bake 10 more until golden and bubbly.
  6. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.

Notes

Warm mashed potatoes before layering for easier spreading.

Use chicken if you’re out of turkey.

Add leftover veggies like peas or green beans for extra flavor.

Make ahead and refrigerate; bake just before serving.
