Description

Crispy baked wonton shells filled with creamy spinach artichoke dip. An easy and delicious appetizer for parties, potlucks and gatherings.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 to 15 wonton wrappers

  • 8 oz cream cheese

  • 1 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella

  • 1 cup grated Parmesan

  • 1 can artichoke hearts, chopped

  • 1 package frozen spinach, thawed and dried

  • 1 garlic clove, minced

  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

  • Press wonton wrappers into muffin tin cups.

  • Pre bake wrappers until lightly golden.

  • Mix cream cheese, sour cream, garlic and seasonings.

  • Add spinach, artichokes and cheeses.

  • Spoon filling into cups.

  • Bake until bubbly and golden.

  • Cool slightly and serve warm.

Notes

Dry spinach thoroughly. Add jalapeños for spice. Pre-bake wrappers for crispness.
