Description
Crispy baked wonton shells filled with creamy spinach artichoke dip. An easy and delicious appetizer for parties, potlucks and gatherings.
Ingredients

12 to 15 wonton wrappers

8 oz cream cheese

1 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt

1 cup shredded mozzarella

1 cup grated Parmesan

1 can artichoke hearts, chopped

1 package frozen spinach, thawed and dried

1 garlic clove, minced

Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Press wonton wrappers into muffin tin cups.

Pre bake wrappers until lightly golden.

Mix cream cheese, sour cream, garlic and seasonings.

Add spinach, artichokes and cheeses.

Spoon filling into cups.

Bake until bubbly and golden.

Cool slightly and serve warm.
Notes
Dry spinach thoroughly. Add jalapeños for spice. Pre-bake wrappers for crispness.
