Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter

  • 1 cup sugar

  • 1 egg

  • 2 tsp vanilla

  • 2½ cups flour

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • ¼ tsp salt

  • ¼ cup sugar + 1 tsp cinnamon (for coating)

  • 1½ cups powdered sugar

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • 1½ tbsp milk

  • ½ tsp vanilla


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.

  • Cream butter and sugar.

  • Add egg and vanilla.

  • Mix dry ingredients and combine.

  • Roll dough balls, coat in cinnamon sugar.

  • Press centers and bake 10–12 mins.

  • Cool, fill with icing, and serve.
