Description

A quick and irresistible Christmas bark made with saltines, buttery toffee, melted chocolate, and coconut. Sweet, salty, crunchy perfection.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 40 saltine crackers

  • 1 cup unsalted butter

  • 1 cup brown sugar

  • 2 cups chocolate chips

  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut

  • Optional nuts or sprinkles


Instructions

  • Line baking sheet with parchment and arrange saltines.

  • Melt butter and sugar; cook 2–3 minutes.

  • Pour toffee over crackers and bake at 400°F for 5 minutes.

  • Add chocolate; allow to melt and spread evenly.

  • Top with coconut.

  • Cool fully and break into pieces.

Notes

Chill for cleaner breaks.

Swap coconut for nuts or peppermint.
