Description
A quick and irresistible Christmas bark made with saltines, buttery toffee, melted chocolate, and coconut. Sweet, salty, crunchy perfection.
Ingredients

40 saltine crackers

1 cup unsalted butter

1 cup brown sugar

2 cups chocolate chips

1/2 cup shredded coconut

Optional nuts or sprinkles
Instructions

Line baking sheet with parchment and arrange saltines.

Melt butter and sugar; cook 2–3 minutes.

Pour toffee over crackers and bake at 400°F for 5 minutes.

Add chocolate; allow to melt and spread evenly.

Top with coconut.

Cool fully and break into pieces.
Notes
Chill for cleaner breaks.
Swap coconut for nuts or peppermint.
