Ingredients

1 pound boneless chicken sliced

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 pound fresh cheese tortellini

1 bunch asparagus trimmed

2 cups cherry tomatoes halved

3 cloves garlic minced

1 half cup basil pesto

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional: lemon zest, Parmesan, red pepper flakes
Instructions

Heat oil in large skillet. Season chicken and cook until browned.

Remove chicken. Add tortellini with splash of water and cook 3 minutes.

Add asparagus and sauté until crisp tender.

Stir in garlic and tomatoes.

Return chicken to skillet.

Add pesto and toss to coat.

Serve warm with Parmesan.
