Description

This homemade natural Ozempic juice supports appetite control, fat burning, and digestion using powerful ingredients like chia, flax, fennel, lemon, and ACV.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 tsp chia seeds

  • 1 tsp flax seeds

  • 1 tsp fennel seeds

  • ½ tsp ajwain

  • 2 cups water

  • Few drops lemon juice

  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar (optional)

  • Pinch of pink Himalayan salt

  • ½ tsp grated ginger (optional)


Instructions

  1. Mix all seeds with water and soak overnight.

  2. Add lemon, ACV, salt, and ginger in the morning.

  3. Stir well. Drink on an empty stomach daily.

Notes:

  • Use basil seeds if allergic to chia.
