  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs

  • 4 tbsp melted butter

  • 2 tbsp brown sugar

Cheesecake:

  • 8 oz cream cheese

  • ¼ cup sugar

  • 1 egg

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • ¼ tsp cinnamon

Topping:

  • 2 cups chopped apples

  • ½ cup oats

  • ¼ cup flour

  • ¼ cup brown sugar

  • 4 tbsp cold butter

  • ½ tsp cinnamon


Instructions

  1. Prep: Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Line muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. Crust: Mix crumbs, sugar, and butter. Press into liners; bake 5 min.
  3. Filling: Beat cream cheese, sugar, egg, vanilla, and cinnamon. Spoon over crust.
  4. Apples: Toss chopped apples with cinnamon and a bit of sugar. Add on top.
  5. Crumble: Combine oats, flour, brown sugar, and butter. Sprinkle over apples.
  6. Bake: 20–22 minutes until set. Cool, then chill 2 hours before serving.

Notes

Don’t overmix batter—keeps texture smooth.

Best apples: Honeycrisp or Granny Smith.

For no-bake: use whipped filling and chill only.
