Crust:

Cheesecake:

Topping:

2 cups chopped apples

½ cup oats

¼ cup flour

¼ cup brown sugar

4 tbsp cold butter

½ tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Prep: Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Line muffin tin with paper liners.
- Crust: Mix crumbs, sugar, and butter. Press into liners; bake 5 min.
- Filling: Beat cream cheese, sugar, egg, vanilla, and cinnamon. Spoon over crust.
- Apples: Toss chopped apples with cinnamon and a bit of sugar. Add on top.
- Crumble: Combine oats, flour, brown sugar, and butter. Sprinkle over apples.
- Bake: 20–22 minutes until set. Cool, then chill 2 hours before serving.
Notes
Don’t overmix batter—keeps texture smooth.
Best apples: Honeycrisp or Granny Smith.
For no-bake: use whipped filling and chill only.
