Ingredients

- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 3 cups broccoli florets
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Juice of half a lemon
- Fresh parsley optional
Instructions
- Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a skillet and sauté broccoli until tender. Remove and set aside.
- Add remaining oil to the skillet. Add shrimp and seasonings. Cook 2 to 3 minutes per side.
- Return broccoli to the skillet. Add garlic and lemon juice. Toss gently to combine.
- Cook 1 more minute to blend flavors.
- Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
Notes
Use frozen shrimp for convenience.
Add red pepper flakes for heat.
Serve with cauliflower rice for a fully low-carb dinner.
