Description

A creamy, cheesy, low carb casserole made with chicken, broccoli and a rich sauce. Perfect for healthy dinners, keto diets and family meals.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 cups cooked shredded chicken

  • 3 cups broccoli florets

  • 8 oz cream cheese

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt or sour cream

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1 cup chicken broth

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Optional bacon bits


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F.

  • Lightly steam broccoli.

  • Melt cream cheese with broth.

  • Stir in yogurt, garlic and onion powder.

  • Combine chicken and broccoli.

  • Add creamy sauce.

  • Transfer to casserole dish.

  • Top with cheddar.

  • Bake until bubbly.

  • Add bacon if desired.

Notes

Add more broth if needed. Use sharp cheddar for stronger flavor.
