Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- Salt and pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup grated parmesan
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise or sour cream
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions

Pound chicken to even thickness.

Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and Italian seasoning.

Sear chicken in olive oil and butter until golden.

Mix parmesan with mayo or sour cream.

Mix panko with melted butter and parmesan.
