Ingredients

8 cups cold water

1 lemon, thinly sliced (or 2 tbsp lemon juice)

ยฝ cucumber, sliced

10โ12 fresh mint leaves

1-inch piece of fresh ginger, sliced (optional)

1 tsp apple cider vinegar (optional)

1 tsp raw honey (optional)

Ice cubes (as many as you like)
Instructions

Wash and slice the lemon, cucumber, and ginger.

Lightly crush the mint leaves between your fingers.

Add lemon, cucumber, mint, and ginger to a large pitcher.

Pour in cold water and top with ice cubes.

Stir well and refrigerate for at least 1โ2 hours.

Add vinegar or honey if desired.

Serve cold. Refill pitcher once or twice before replacing ingredients.
Notes
Best consumed first thing in the morning or before meals. Infuse overnight for deeper flavor.
