Description

A refreshing and visually vibrant Korean fruit punch made with fresh fruits, strawberry milk, and soda. This 15-minute drink is perfect for cooling off on hot summer days or staying hydrated in style.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 cups watermelon, cubed

  • 3 cups mixed fruit (½ cup strawberries, ½ cup raspberries, 2 mangoes, 1 banana, ½ cup blueberries or fruit cocktail)

  • 1 cup jelly (floral jelly, store-bought or homemade)

  • ¼ cup popping boba (optional – or use coconut jelly)

  • 1½ cups Sprite (or lemon-lime soda or sparkling water)

  • 1¾ cups strawberry milk (or bottled Pink Drink)

  • ¼ cup sweetened condensed milk (or honey to taste)

  • ½ cup vanilla ice cream (optional, for dessert-style)

  • 1 cup ice cubes (mint leaf ice optional)

Instructions

  1. Prep fruits: Wash, peel, and cube the watermelon and all mixed fruits into bite-sized pieces. Chill them for best results.

  2. Combine: In a large mixing bowl, add watermelon, fruits, jelly, and boba.

  3. Pour liquids: Add strawberry milk (or Pink Drink) and Sprite into the bowl.

  4. Sweeten: Stir in condensed milk or honey according to your sweetness preference.

  5. Add extras: Drop in the ice cubes and a scoop of vanilla ice cream if desired.

  6. Serve immediately: Ladle into bowls or cups and enjoy cold!
