Ingredients

  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 cups diced potatoes
  • 1 cup sliced carrots
  • 1 sliced onion
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

  • Arrange chicken and vegetables on a sheet pan.

  • Drizzle with olive oil and season.

  • Toss to coat and spread in a single layer.

  • Roast 25 to 30 minutes, flipping once.

  • Serve warm or pack for meal prep.
