Ingredients

½ cup sugar (for rolling)

½ cup powdered sugar (for coating)
Instructions
- Mix dry ingredients.
- Beat butter, sugar, molasses, and egg.
- Combine into dough and chill 1 hour.
- Roll in sugar, then powdered sugar.
- Bake 9–11 mins at 350°F.
- Cool and enjoy.
Notes
Chill dough before baking.
Use unsulfured molasses for best taste.
Add a dash of nutmeg for extra spice.
