Description

This Garlic Butter Turkey Tenderloin is juicy, flavorful, and easy to make. With golden seared edges, herb-infused butter, and tender meat, it’s perfect for Thanksgiving or any cozy dinner.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 turkey tenderloins (about 1 lb each)

  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • 1 tsp salt

  • ½ tsp black pepper

  • 1 tsp chopped fresh rosemary

  • 1 tsp chopped thyme

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

  2. Season turkey tenderloins with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic, and paprika.

  3. Sear in a hot skillet until golden on both sides.

  4. Melt butter with herbs and lemon juice, then pour over the turkey.

  5. Roast for 20–25 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.

  6. Rest before slicing and drizzle with remaining garlic butter.

Notes

Use fresh herbs for the best flavor.

Resting helps keep the turkey moist and juicy.

Serve with mashed potatoes, roasted veggies, or rice pilaf.
