Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts or thighs

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1 teaspoon paprika

  • 3 tablespoons butter

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 8 ounces rotini pasta

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 1 cup chicken broth

  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan

  • Parsley for garnish


Instructions

  • Season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.

  • Cook rotini in salted water until al dente. Reserve some pasta water.

  • Heat butter in skillet and sear chicken until golden. Remove and set aside.

  • Add garlic to skillet, then pour in broth and cream. Simmer.

  • Whisk in Parmesan until sauce thickens.

  • Return chicken to skillet and simmer until cooked.

  • Add rotini and toss to coat. Adjust consistency with pasta water if needed.

  • Garnish with parsley and serve warm.

Use thighs for juicier results.

Add vegetables for a lighter spin.

Use evaporated milk for a lighter sauce.

Ground chicken works well for a one-skillet variation.
