Description

Soft, warm, golden bread rolls brushed generously with homemade garlic butter. Ideal for holiday dinners, family gatherings, and everyday meals.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 cup warm milk
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 teaspoons active dry yeast
  • 1 egg
  • 4 tablespoons softened butter
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Garlic Butter: 6 tablespoons melted butter, 3 cloves garlic, 2 tablespoons parsley

Instructions

  • Mix warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let stand until foamy.
  • Combine flour, salt, egg, and softened butter. Add yeast mixture and knead.
  • Let dough rise until doubled.
  • Shape into rolls and arrange in a baking dish.
  • Brush with garlic butter and bake at 350 degrees until golden.
  • Brush with remaining garlic butter.
