- 3 cups all purpose flour
- 1 cup warm milk
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons active dry yeast
- 1 egg
- 4 tablespoons softened butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Garlic Butter: 6 tablespoons melted butter, 3 cloves garlic, 2 tablespoons parsley
Instructions
- Mix warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let stand until foamy.
- Combine flour, salt, egg, and softened butter. Add yeast mixture and knead.
- Let dough rise until doubled.
- Shape into rolls and arrange in a baking dish.
- Brush with garlic butter and bake at 350 degrees until golden.
- Brush with remaining garlic butter.
