  • lbs fresh strawberries

  • 4 oz kataifi pastry

  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter

  • 1 cup pistachio butter

  • 2 tbsp tahini (optional)

  • 1 cup chocolate chips

  • 1 tsp coconut oil

  • Crushed pistachios, edible gold leaf


Instructions

  1. Toast kataifi in butter until golden, stir in pistachio butter and tahini, cool.

  2. Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil until smooth.

  3. Layer strawberries, chocolate drizzle, kataifi mix in cups.
