Description
Tender baby potatoes slow cooked with butter, garlic, herbs, and Parmesan. An easy and flavorful side dish for holiday dinners.
Ingredients

2 pounds baby potatoes, halved

4 tablespoons butter, melted

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 half cup grated Parmesan

4 garlic cloves, minced

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley
Instructions

Halve potatoes and place in crockpot.

Mix butter, oil, garlic, and seasoning.

Pour over potatoes and stir.

Add half the Parmesan.

Cook on low 4 to 5 hours.

Add remaining Parmesan near the end.

Garnish with parsley.
Notes
For browning, broil briefly. Works with Yukon Golds and reheats easily.
