Ingredients

1.5 pounds chicken tenders

2 eggs, whisked

1 cup panko or breadcrumbs

1/2 cup grated Parmesan

1 tsp paprika

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp pepper

Olive oil spray
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Pat chicken tenders dry.

Beat eggs in one bowl.

In another bowl, mix panko, Parmesan, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper.

Dip each chicken tender in egg, then press into the breadcrumb mixture.

Place tenders on the baking sheet and spray lightly with olive oil.

Bake 18–22 minutes or until crispy and cooked through.

Broil for 1 minute for extra browning if desired.
Notes
Air fryer method: 390°F for 10–12 minutes.
Store cooked tenders in the fridge for 3 days or freeze for up to 2 months.
