A creamy, cheesy dip made with spinach, artichokes and a flavorful bruschetta topping. Perfect for parties, family dinners and appetizer spreads.
Ingredients

8 oz cream cheese

1 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt

1 cup shredded mozzarella

1 cup grated Parmesan

1 package frozen spinach, thawed and dried

1 can artichoke hearts, chopped

2 garlic cloves, minced

Salt and pepper

1 cup chopped tomatoes

1 handful fresh basil, chopped

Optional balsamic glaze
Instructions

Mix cream cheese, sour cream and mayo.

Add spinach, artichokes and cheeses.

Season with garlic, salt and pepper.

Transfer to baking dish and bake until bubbly.

Toss tomatoes and basil with salt.

Top dip with bruschetta mixture.

Serve with bread or chips.
Notes
Dry spinach well. Add chili flakes for spice.
