Description

A creamy, cheesy dip made with spinach, artichokes and a flavorful bruschetta topping. Perfect for parties, family dinners and appetizer spreads.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz cream cheese

  • 1 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella

  • 1 cup grated Parmesan

  • 1 package frozen spinach, thawed and dried

  • 1 can artichoke hearts, chopped

  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

  • Salt and pepper

  • 1 cup chopped tomatoes

  • 1 handful fresh basil, chopped

  • Optional balsamic glaze


Instructions

  • Mix cream cheese, sour cream and mayo.

  • Add spinach, artichokes and cheeses.

  • Season with garlic, salt and pepper.

  • Transfer to baking dish and bake until bubbly.

  • Toss tomatoes and basil with salt.

  • Top dip with bruschetta mixture.

  • Serve with bread or chips.

Notes

Dry spinach well. Add chili flakes for spice.
