Ingredients

4 chicken breasts or thighs

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup chicken broth

1 cup heavy cream

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon dried thyme

1 half cup grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

Season the chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.

Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat. Sear the chicken on both sides until golden, then remove and set aside.

Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté until fragrant.

Pour in the chicken broth and scrape the bottom of the skillet to release browned bits.

Stir in the heavy cream, parmesan, and thyme. Simmer until slightly thickened.

Return the chicken to the sauce and cook for an additional 5 to 7 minutes.

Notes
Use chicken thighs for extra flavor.
For a lighter version, use half and half instead of heavy cream.
