Description

A rich, creamy, and comforting one skillet chicken dinner made with tender chicken and a velvety cream cheese sauce. Perfect for easy weeknight meals and family dinners.


Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts or boneless thighs
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear chicken on both sides until golden. Remove from skillet.
  • Add broth and cream cheese to the skillet. Melt together until smooth.
  • Stir in garlic and Italian seasoning.
  • Return chicken to the skillet and simmer until fully cooked.
  • Garnish with parsley and serve warm.

Notes

Use thighs for a juicier option.

Add parmesan, spinach, or mushrooms for extra flavor.
