- 1 cup chicken broth
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear chicken on both sides until golden. Remove from skillet.
- Add broth and cream cheese to the skillet. Melt together until smooth.
- Stir in garlic and Italian seasoning.
