Ingredients

Dressing:

1/4 cup olive oil

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

1 tbsp honey

1 tsp Dijon mustard

Salt and pepper
Instructions

Add spinach to a serving bowl.

Top with cranberries, almonds, sesame seeds, and red onion.

Whisk dressing ingredients until emulsified.
