½ cup breadcrumbs

¼ cup milk

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 can cranberry sauce

¾ cup chili sauce

2 tbsp brown sugar

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Instructions
- Mix beef, egg, breadcrumbs, milk, garlic, salt, and pepper. Roll into balls.
- Bake at 400°F for 15–20 minutes.
- Simmer cranberry sauce, chili sauce, sugar, and vinegar.
- Add meatballs and simmer 10–15 minutes.
- Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
Notes
Add orange zest for a festive touch.
Keep warm in a slow cooker for parties.
Works with frozen meatballs too.
