Description

A natural stamina-boosting drink made with Persian blue salt, banana, raw honey, almonds, and warm milk. Supports hydration, circulation, and energy without the crash of synthetic supplements.


Ingredients

Scale
  • ½ teaspoon Persian blue salt (authentic, not dyed)

  • 1 ripe banana

  • 1 teaspoon raw honey

  • 68 soaked almonds

  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • 1 cup warm milk (dairy or almond milk)

  • Optional: ½ tsp ashwagandha powder, fresh mint, or lemon juice


Instructions

  • Warm milk gently (do not boil).

  • Add banana, soaked almonds, cinnamon, blue salt, and any extras to a blender.

  • Blend until smooth. Add more milk if needed.

  • Add honey while blending to mix sweetness evenly.

 

  • Serve warm or chilled. Garnish with mint or lemon.
