Ingredients

½ teaspoon Persian blue salt (authentic, not dyed)

1 ripe banana

1 teaspoon raw honey

6–8 soaked almonds

¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon

1 cup warm milk (dairy or almond milk)

Optional: ½ tsp ashwagandha powder, fresh mint, or lemon juice
Instructions

Warm milk gently (do not boil).

Add banana, soaked almonds, cinnamon, blue salt, and any extras to a blender.

Blend until smooth. Add more milk if needed.

Add honey while blending to mix sweetness evenly.

Serve warm or chilled. Garnish with mint or lemon.
