Baked Garlic Bread Dip

Description

A warm, melty, cheesy garlic bread inspired dip that is so delicious you will make it for every gathering.


Ingredients

Scale

  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened

  • 1 cup sour cream

  • 1 half cup mayonnaise

  • 1 tablespoon softened butter

  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella

  • 1 cup grated Parmesan

  • 3 to 4 cloves garlic minced

  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley or green onions


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

  2. Mix cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, and butter.

  3. Add garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.

  4. Fold in mozzarella, Parmesan, and herbs.

  5. Spread into baking dish and top with extra cheese.

  6. Bake 20 to 25 minutes until golden and bubbly.

  7. Serve warm with toasted bread or crackers.

Notes

Add red pepper flakes for heat.

Use roasted garlic for a mellow flavor.

Reheat in oven for best texture.
